Learn how to redeem a Typeoff gift card for 1 year of PRO.
What is a gift card?
A Typeoff gift card grants 1 year of PRO — unlimited voice input, AI features, and priority support. It is a great way to give Typeoff to a friend or colleague.
Redeeming a gift card
- Open the redemption link you received (e.g.
typeoff.ai/redeem?code=GC-XXXXXXXXXXXX) - Log in or create an account
- Confirm redemption — your PRO subscription activates immediately
Your 1-year PRO period starts from the moment you redeem, not from the date the card was created.
Important notes
- Each gift card can only be redeemed once
- Gift cards are valid for 180 days from the date of issue — redeem before they expire
- If you already have an active Stripe subscription, you must cancel it first before redeeming a gift card
- Gift card PRO subscriptions do not auto-renew — when the year ends your account reverts to the Free plan
Checking your gift card status
You can check whether a gift card code is still valid by visiting the redemption page and entering the code. The page will show the current status: active, redeemed, or expired.
